征稿 Call for Papers | 第八届中国政治传播研究学术论坛The Eighth Academic Forum on Chinese Political Communication Studies
在世界文明力量格局深刻演变与人工智能技术飞速发展的双重叠加的时代背景下，全球政治版图、社会结构与传播生态正经历深刻重塑。在此进程中，政治传播的理论与实践迎来新的发展机遇，构建具有自主性的知识体系更需在文明交流互鉴的视野中持续推进。中国的政治传播实践深植于悠久的文明传统与波澜壮阔的中国式现代化进程，逐步形成了以推进中国式现代化为目标、在实践中检验并发展理论、积极促进文明对话的“大政治传播”取向。这一取向既是中国特色社会主义民主政治与国家治理现代化的重要体现，也在全球语境中推动不同政治文明之间的持续互动与平等对话，为人类政治文明进步贡献“中国之治”的实践智慧。因此，中国政治传播既体现出独特的文明发展逻辑，也与世界各国的发展经验相互呼应，共同构成全球政治传播知识体系的重要组成部分。在此背景下，如何在全球视野中系统阐释中国经验、关注全球南方实践、吸纳多元文明的传播智慧，并构建一个能在文明互鉴中演进、面向未来对话的“大政治传播”理论框架，成为当前研究亟待回应的重要命题。
基于上述理论关怀与实践使命，我们将于2026年举办第八届中国政治传播研究学术论坛。本届论坛主题为：
“大政治传播与全球文明对话”
In the context of significant transformations in the global civilizational landscape and the rapid progress of artificial intelligence, we are witnessing a profound shift in the global political order, social structures, and communication ecosystems. This dynamic environment presents new challenges and opportunities for political communication theory and practice. The development of a robust autonomous knowledge system necessitates ongoing evolution through exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations. Grounded in China's rich cultural heritage and the dynamic process of Chinese modernization, the practice of Chinese political communication is increasingly oriented toward "Holistic Political Communication". This approach aims to advance Chinese modernization, derive theoretical insights from practical experience, and foster meaningful dialogue among civilizations. It reflects the modernization of socialist democracy and national governance with Chinese characteristics, while encouraging sustained interaction and equitable discourse among global political civilizations, thereby contributing China's governance insights to the evolution of human political civilization. Consequently, Chinese political communication embodies a distinct civilizational logic that resonates with global experiences, enhancing the global knowledge framework in political communication.

论坛旨在搭建一个立足中国、面向全球的高端学术平台，共同探讨政治传播在促进善治、推动文明间的深度对话与相互塑造、助力中国式现代化与全球可持续发展方面的多重角色。我们期待通过理论反思、经验比较与文明对话，推动形成更具包容性、解释力与前瞻性的“大政治传播”研究新格局。
We invite scholars and practitioners to systematically explore how to interpret Chinese experiences, center Global South practices, integrate diverse civilizational communication wisdom, and construct a forward-looking theoretical framework for “Holistic Political Communication” through cross-civilizational dialogue.

Esteemed scholars, practitioners, and selected authors of accepted papers in the field of political communication (estimated attendance: 100 participants).
IV 参会费用 Registration & Fees
本次会议不收取会务费。除特别邀请专家外，参会人员交通与住宿费用自理；会议期间的工作餐由主办方统一安排。
No registration fee is required. Attendees are responsible for travel and accommodation costs, except for specially invited experts. Working meals during the forum will be provided by the organizers.

1.投稿论文须为尚未公开发表的原创学术成果，中文论文格式请参考《中国政治传播研究》学术辑刊要求，英文论文格式采用APA格式。
Originality: Submitted papers must be unpublished original research.
Format Requirements: For English papers, please use the APA format.

4.本届论坛的所有论文都经由程序委员会匿名审稿，坚持学术优先、以文会友的原则。
Review Process: All submissions will undergo double-blind peer review by the Program Committee, in accordance with the principles of academic rigor and scholarly discourse.
5.本届论坛的会议语言为中文与英文。对于在华留学生等国际作者的来稿，组委会将提供必要的沟通协助。
Language: The forum will be conducted in both Chinese and English.
6.本届论坛设有实务论坛，欢迎来自党政部门、媒体机构及相关实践领域的案例型论文投稿。
